For all members interested in taking a 20hr Wilderness First-Aid course... I'm looking for feedback on when to add it to the BCMC Fall schedule, e.g. late October or early November?  There will be space for 10-12 members, and the course would occur during a Thursday or Friday evening (4hrs) *plus* all day (8hrs) Saturday and Sunday.  This is an excellent course for anyone wanting to have basic first-aid skills for their backcountry adventures... away from quick response emergency services. There will be a fee for this course, which has not yet been set but should be under $200. Once we have a good idea of when members would like to take this course we'll set it up and post a note on this forum topic.
