I'm thinking about organizing a 20hr Wilderness First Aid course, taught by qualified instructors, for a weekend in either late September or early October.  Who'd be interested in it and which weekend would you prefer?  Thanks, Paul :-)

Just a quick update to let you know that Marlaina Rhymer is in the process of booking a 20hr Wilderness Remote First Aid course with special pricing for BCMC members.  I expect it will be in late October or early November... but may have to be later depending on the course instructor's schedule.  It will most definitely be held during a weekend... with an 4hr prep-session a day or two beforehand.

A 20hr Wilderness Remote First Aid course has been added to the BCMC schedule for the first weekend of November.  I plan to be there and hope to see you along with many other BCMC members.  The organization teaching the course does an excellent job of instructing Wilderness Remote First Aid skills... I've taken the course from them before.  Also, check out the Incentive Program offered to those who have recently been a volunteer BCMC course instructor and those members who have been organizing lots of club trips during the previous 12 months.  Paul :-)
