The web team has implemented a calendar on the BCMC website hut page that now displays all cabin bookings and hut availability.
There will be some growing pains for us while we fine tune booking policies and procedures, and the website. Furthermore, the high level of demand and inquiries for the new Watersprite Lake Hut is also a new experience for the club and the Cabins and Trails and Web Team.

Good to hear about and see success Chris. Hope everyone is up for "a new experience" hahahahahahahahahaha I am looking forward to spending at least one weekend up there this season.
It is my understanding that a work crew was at the cabin this weekend. Thanks to all that went .Just looking for a little info. because I would like to go in with a friend that is visiting. This would be my first time to the cabin in the winter. Is the route some what layed down since the crew has been in?

As for the winter route... Unlike the Summer Trail which is Section 57 authorized, the winter route is not authorized and we are not allowed to perform work on it.
It is not flagged, marked or maintained in any way by the club.
