Hi Guys,
Does anyone know how I can get ahold of a copy of the book "Scrambles in SouthWest British Columbia" without paying 200 bucks on ebay or amazon!
Thanks
Matt
Hi, we've got it - and a lot of other books - in the BCMC club library.
You can pick it up at my place near Horseshoe Bay, give me a call 604 780 0296 to arrange.
Waldemar
Hi Waldemar,
Thanks for the info. I may hold of until the snow melts a little before borrowing the book. How long would I be able to borrow the book for?
Thanks Again,
Matt
Hi, most libraries do 1-2 months. We don't have a firm time limit - use common sense. The books are meant to be for reference and to help on whatever trips you want to take, so keep it as long as you need, but maybe nor for the next 3 years while you knock all the hikes off your list;-) If you find, after using it, that you like it you can look for a used version at abebooks, Amazon or some other re-seller.
To add further to this discussion, the list of books contained at the BCMC Library is posted on the BCMC Website and can be found here:
