My friend Daphne who is a member of the ACC is doing a presentation about her mountain adventures on Sept. 27th.  Details are below.

Itinerary:

The summer is all but winding down, and it's time to get together and make plans for the fall. To inspire us all this month, our local hero Daphne will share her tales of nights spent on mountains without a tent this summer, as she attempted some big mountain traverses across the region. Awesome. "Doors" start at 6:30pm, but our announcements / presentations / festivities should start around 7:30pm. Everyone is welcome, and you can certainly show up earlier if you like also! If you have any ideas / questions / concerns / announcements or similar for this evening, please contact Raz or Daphne (daph.huang@g mail.com), and we are looking forward to seeing you all there otherwise.

Hi Dan, I am not the Social chairman. Dave Scanlon is doing the scheduling. I am guessing there are many free dates early next year (always the 2nd Tuesday of each month). But I can be a facilitator and intermediary. Let me know if she is open to the idea and what her preferences are. Peter
