Checked out the base of Harvey North Ramp on this last Sunday April 1. For the approach, better take some snowshoes. It will speed things up. The first avy chute one has to cross is hard packed. The ramp looks like hard packed as well. The crust was very supportive without snowshoes. I think its good to go if anyone is interested.
