Hi All,

I have been planning a trip to Mt Assiniboine for more than a year now. I tried to book reservations through BC parks exactly 4 month ahead to the day I wanted to go. Within a second of hitting "book"the site would tell me that nothing is available anymore for this date. I think a ticket lottery would be the better way to go for this. At least it reduces the frustration about this whole procedure. 
What I'd like to ask all of you is, if you are aware of any secondare website, facebook groups, forums etc. where reservation tickets become available again when people cancel?

I doubt that they surface at BC Parks again.

I'm still trying to make it happen this year in August. I'd appriciate any kind of info or tips you might have on this topic.
