We are seeking a few volunteers to join our Membership team to assist in the day-to-day tasks of running our membership efforts. The main tasks involve
- answering questions from the public, mostly through email, on the club and how to become a member.
- review information from recently joined members to ensure that their member information was entered correctly in the system and is complete.
- enter new member information in the database for new members applying through the paper process.
- If possible, assist at the Membership Desk at 2 or 3 Social meetings per year.
This position is flexible, would normally require a few (1 or 2) hours per week primarily through the internet, and is critical to the operation of the club. You become one of the “faces” of the club.
