It was great to get away from rainy gray Vancouver today and enjoy some fine skiing on Iago Peak in decent weather and, in my opinion, perfect snow conditions. A bit cloudy with light snowing but we did see some blue sky and views here and there. Loved the snow quality - the icy crust layer from a week ago was now covered with just enough fresh powder so it wasn't too deep and fluffy but definitely far from hard/icy/crusty -- simply, just right!  :-)

It was fun to run into you guys up there on Iago. Definitely worth skiing right now. Fun outing with our dog.
