Thinking of split-boarding up to the cabin this weekend and doing some laps on Pauls ridge. Anyone been up lately who could shed light on snow/trail conditions?

Hey, yeah I was there on the weekend (Jan 5th) and found the snow to be a bit thin starting at the parking lot. I was on snowshoes so was able to crunch and scratch by way up the first kilometer or two, but some skiers/spliters were not so pleased (bring your rock skis!). After that the snow was good, so overall I'd say it would be worth it if you're willing to boot it up the first bit of the trail.
