I'm planning a climb of Glacier Peak September 16-18 and I'm wondering if anybody has been up there in the recent past? I'm researching Sitkum Glacier approach as well as the Disappointment Cleaver route. From what I've seen, the North Fork Salk River road to Sloan Creek campground is clear and good to go.

 I would actually prefer to do the Sitkum Glacier Route via the White Chuck River Road but I'm having trouble finding recent Beta on this route. I know there was a closure to this road back in 2003 but haven't really found any recent info. 

 Any information that anybody might have on this would be greatly appreciated.
