Exploratory backpacking and climbing in a remote valley south of Downton Lake. The trip will follow the east fork of Surfusion Creek to reach the Surfusion Glacier north of Lone Goat Summit. Lone Goat Summit will be climbed and if time and conditions permit, The Frost Fiend will also be attempted.
