Mountaineering in this area of the Railroad Pass area north of Pemberton. Peaks like Locomotive, Face and Tender can be easily ascended from the lakes. A family and dog friendly trip

**update** June 16th. The Hurley road isn't ploughed yet and there's still over 2 feet of snow at Railroad Pass so I'm going to move this trip to the August long weekend. I'm looking for a suitable Plan B and will post it once I find one.

**update** June 28th. I give up. Weather is going from kinda yucky to total crap and I have a wicked case of poison ivy or something so I'm officially calling off the trip this weekend. Maybe see you up at squamish if there's a break in the rain.
