Anyone interested in joining this trip must go to the April 7-8 Meet and Greet. We will climb to the col between Garibaldi (which I am very familiar with) and Atwell, then climb the North Ridge of Atwell. We will most likely be using running belays for protection, unlikely that we will solo any sections. If weather or avy conditions are poor then this trip will be changed to a 14/15 trip only (2-days) and something safer. If the 14/15/16 trip is changed then a second Atwell attempt will be planned for April 21/22/23. If possible participants are asked to plan to have both weekends available.

*all participants must bring a shovel and transceiver as minimum equipment (and a probe is highly recommended)

*Note that there is a $5/night charge for camping in the park (parking is included in that charge)

*Trip participation will be limited to the number of 4x4's with chains available and to a maximum of 6 climbers. Others are welcome to join us to camp on the Diamond Glacier if they wish.
