TRIP POSTPONED

I am planning a 14-16 day BCMC trip to hike along desert canyons in Utah/Arizona USA. The original dates of 1-16 Sept have been postponed for 4 weeks to 29 Sept to 14 October for cooler weather and other reasons. 

I am planning one backpack in each canyon listed below, which I expect to be about 6 days each. I expect each trip will require a vehicle shuttle with a short motoring stretch in between to explore different areas and terrain.

To reduce shuttle costs, two cars/trucks would be nice. Alternatively, as I do not have a truck, my dual sport motorbike can be carried on somebody else’s truck for shuttles if the party has only one truck.

These trips would be hiking type trips (as opposed to true techie canyoneering with lots of rope work) and would require carrying multi-day supplies and camping gear.

We need to comply with BLM wilderness permitting and registration so I plan to start the detail planning process in late Aug,  but as I will be out of town from 1 Aug-20 Aug please contact me when I return.
