One day ascent of Mt. Harvey via its "North Ramp". Trip will be dependent upon receiving appropriate seasonal conditions and stable snowpack.

Approach via Lions Bay and logging roads in Magnesia Creek drainage. Descent via "normal" hiking route.

Steep snow and (possibly) alpine ice to be expected (up to 45-50 degrees). Potential participants will be screened for appropriate skills, equipment and experience.

IF WE HAVE NOT CLIMBED TOGETHER BEFORE (AND YOU EXPECT TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE), YOU MUST TELL ME HOW YOU MEET THE TRIP PREREQUISITES.

Minimum prerequisite: participants should have previously completed an alpine route rated AD- or greater.
