This ski trip goes up the north fork of the valley towards Mt. Cayoosh and we camp on the glacier to the north of it.  We should have time to ski up Mt. Cayoosh on Saturday afternoon.  The next day we travel over the pass towards the Marriot basin where we get a great ski down into the Marriot basin.  The trip is a traverse with the cars only parked about  15 minutes down the road from our exit.  There is glacier travel involved and steep ski slopes so some experience with backcountry skiing is necessary.  Avalanche gear will be necessary, ski crampons and ice axe are maybes (depending on snow conditions that weekend).  If weather is bad I will postpone until later which is why I have scheduled it for end of February.
