Join me on a trip to Unnecessary Mountain via the Howe Sound Crest Trail for some spring ski touring. There are some steep sections (e.g., between St. Marks Summit and Unnecessary), so participants should be competent backcountry skiers. Participants must have the standard safety gear (beacon, shovel and probe). The group size is restricted to 8.
