A day trip to Sun God and 7 O'Clock peaks, north of Pemberton. It's a long drive, so I'd like to car camp Friday night. If possible, I want to try to drive up the North Tenas FSR on Friday night, but if we arrive after dark it's probably better to camp in the Birkenhead valley. In any case, please bring a 4x4 if you have one.  Meeting time on Friday will depend on participants' schedules, but I'd like to leave as early as possible. 

The hike itself should be pretty easy and straightforward. I'm planning to follow the Matt Gunn route. Ski poles and ice axe would be a good idea.
