Approach via Joffre Lakes Trail. Overnight camp at Upper Lake.

Alpine start early on Sunday and approach via upper Matier Glacier.

Climb includes 45 degree snow and/or ice slopes. Rope, pickets, screws (depending on conditions).

Descent via Northeast Face and return to camp. Hike out to vehicles on Sunday evening.

Glacier travel and crevasse rescue skills mandatory.
