Explore Early Ice Climbing Rockies (Field, Canmore)

-I was there only once - 10 years ago- we have to explore the area together

-Suitable for moderate (?) and medium-better ice climbers.

- Minimum experienced in following solid WI 3+, better 4. (Experience on Seracs is not enough!) Routes will be minimum WI 3 to 4 some of them multi pitch (150 to 250m)

-Please send me yr ice climbing resume with the routes youhave done (following or leading and when)

-Maybe leave Vancouver Friday morning Dec 3. Driving time to Field about 9h net (in Sumer)

-Climb Sat,Sun, Mon. Some people may return to Vancouver Monday evening or Tuesday

-Rest day on Tuesday (I am an oldie)

-Climb We, Th, Fri?

-Return Friday or Saturday?

-I am retired and a bit  flexible time wise....tell me when you have time...but I want to go early December. I lead WI3 to 4-(end of season)

-Stay around Field (Motel or whatever/ $ 30  per bed to $40  incl. BF) and/or Canmore (ACC Club House). Maybe also at Alpine Center in Lake Louise
