Planned ascent of slalom mountain via winter route.

 

  • Distance: ~18 km round trip
  • Elevation gain: ~2615 m
  • Pace: Moderate to steady (long day)

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Good fitness (this is a Long day)
  • Previous winter hiking / touring experience
  • Avalanche awareness (AST-1 recommended)
