Nak Peak is a classic beginner-friendly tour in the Coquihalla, known for the protected runs and sparsely forested slopes of its South Ridge. While all levels are welcome, this event is specifically geared toward those new to the backcountry. As this is my third tour, we will be maintaining a relaxed pace and taking our time with the transitions.
Please Note: "Beginner-friendly" refers to backcountry experience, not downhill ability. Participants must be strong inbounds skiers or snowboarders, capable of descending black runs in variable conditions (ice, powder, crud, or thin cover).
