I've had a year of not really doing much and would like to start hiking and snowshoeing my way back to some fitness. If you're also looking to rebuild fitness or just feeling very patient, please come and join. I'd love to make this a regular series.
We can leave from the top of NorthWoods Drive in West Vancouver and hike up to South Knob. This is a pretty chill fitness hike. There is a trail marked as "unmaintained" in Gaia that continues past South Knob up Dick's creek towards Black mountain. If the group feels like it, we could continue and check out some or all of that trail.
I will likely bring my (very friendly) dog with me.
