Murrin Park is one of the best climbing areas in Squamish and it's only a 35min drive from St David's Church. We will go to Lakeside in the Woods crag, which offers a wide range of difficulties and opportunities for lead climbing and top-roping. Everyone is welcome.

This event is beginner-friendly, but you should know how to top-rope belay to join and have your own climbing shoes, harness, and helmet. The total number of people who can attend will depend on the number of ropes we get (max 3 people per rope).

What to bring

1. Climbing shoes.
2. Harness.
3. Helmet.
4. Belay device.
5. Food and snacks.
6. At least 2 litre of water.
7. Rope (optional).
8. Quickdraws and anchor material (optional).

Carpooling
We will meet at St David's United Church to organize carpooling at 4:00pm. The recommended payment for carpooling is $8 for the round trip. If you'd like to meet us in Murrin Park directly, please let me know.
