An amazing loop that uses Hurley FSR(it will be nicely graded by then, so any AWD car can make it) to access an incredibly beautiful area.

From the Hurley Rd, loop around Locomotive, Tender, Caboose and Faceless peaks. Hopefully summit Locomotive and Faceless. From the Faceless peak area drop down over the Train glacier to loop back to our uptrack at 1700m: a beautiful 3.5km long run (fingers crossed for good weather/visibility!).

Will be moving at moderate-fast pace, so if you are a beginner or a slow skier this trip will not be for you.

MUST have :

AST1 training
Shovel, probe and avi beacon
Ski crampons, Ice Axe

Glacier travel gear
Food and water for the whole day
First aid kit!
Ski Helmet
