Hut access takes 5-8 hours, and is steep at the end. Ski crampons may be useful. There may or may not be firewood at the hut so pack accordingly. Day 1: ski in and a few laps on cabin hill if time. Day 2: explore further afield, location depending on conditions, Day 3: a bit more skiing before heading out after lunch, arriving back in Whistler by 6pm. Pace is moderate-fast, good fitness is appreciated. Strong skiing skills required as cabin hill and the ski out consist of steep trees. Chains probably needed on the access road. I have successfully driven the road with my 2WD car and chains on several times. I can take 2 people but I live in Whistler.
