Please be considerate and do NOT sign up unless you are 100% committed for the trip and you are at least an intermediate skier(can do black runs in any conditions, including trees, have done at least 10 trips in the backcountry) in the Backcountry. This is a very nice area, perfect for touring on a cloudy day: it is a longish distance and the pace will be moderate to fast, definitely not for slow people. 9km(one way) of travel on a logging road:)

Very nice skiing terrain that can be skied in most of the avi conditions.

We drive to Cayuse Flats and head up the logging road to one of the east ridges of Silverdaisy Mountain leaving the road around 1400 meters. 

Depending on the trail breaking and avalanche conditions, we may reach the summit or not: please make sure that you are strong enough to break trail as everyone will take their turn, no exceptions!

The trailhead is the same as Cayuse Flats on Google maps.
