Skiing up to 35 degrees.
Total travel time about 7-8 hours on skis.

**Ascent:**
- South face of Thar Peak.
- Option to ski laps in the bowl below Thar Peak and Nak Peak.

**Descent:**
- Likely the north side of Zopkios Ridge.
- Return to parking lot via Falls Lake, conditions permitting.

**Map:**
- Baldwin, Coquihalla Summit.

**Equipment Needed:**
- Backcountry skiing gear.
- Headlamp.
- InReach or satellite communication device (if available).

**Timing:**
- Depart North Vancouver: 4:45 a.m.
- Arrive in Hope: 7:30 a.m.
- Arrive at parking lot: 8:00 a.m.
- Parking at km 53 (Zoa Peak parking lot).
- Return to Vancouver at sunset.

**Carpool:**
- Offering rides for up to 3 people from North Vancouver or along the way.
- Vehicle: Toyota Corolla with rooftop box.
