Meet 8am at the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve Main Parking Lot in front of the washrooms
Distance: 13.50Km
Elevation Gain: 1,480m
The plan is to bike 10km along the Seymour Valley Trailway rather than walking the long, flat and somewhat boring approach from Lynn Headwaters. It's a paved road that travels through some scenic forest and will cut off a lot of distance and time, especially on the way back. This is a fairly straightforward, non technical hike. Steep in parts but you're rewarded with great views of the north shore mountains. There's a nice tarn atop Coliseum which is a nice place for a swim. The pace will be moderate to fast and the entire trip should take about 6 hours car to car.
