### this trip is cancelled due to iffy weather - as dry&clean sunny day is required for day climbing ###

No need to mention too much about the mountain as this is top classic for BC alpine climbing. To be very honest, the purpose for organizing this trip is to have enough people in the group as Roger's pass has restriction of no less than 4ppl per group due to bears.

We will split into 2 rope teams (mainly for efficient rappelling down as they are so many). On the way up, we will just do free solo on 5.4 route unless someone is calling for rope. From the col, 2 teams do not have to stay together due to time constraints or rock fall hazard, and we will only re-group when back to the trail junction instead of on the summit. 

The plan is: day1 we drive to Roger's pass and car camp, day2 early start for summit and back, day3 drive back to Vancouver.

This climb needs perfect 1 day weather window, so i am aiming for Sunday (Aug.18) as summit day, Aug17&Aug19 will be travel days. if summit day weather is not promising then i will slide the dates 1 day before or after, or fully cancel if no good window. So please be aware of the flexibility of the time.
