This is a ski mountaineering day trip to Mount Baker! We will be starting from the Heliotrope Ridge trailhead and ascending via the Coleman-Deming route. This trip is subject to weather and will be rescheduled/cancelled if the forecast becomes unfavourable. 

This route is 18 km long with around 2200 m of elevation gain. Please see the posted GPS track. This will be a very long day, so please only sign up if you have a high level of fitness, are a confident skier, have good navigation skills, and are confident with glacier travel and crevasse rescue. Bring lots of food and water.

Also required: Up-to-date passport/other documents to cross the US border.
