Whistler Backcountry: (day trip)

Touring Objective

Access via Showcase T-Bar. Touring objective tbd depending on local conditions, for example Phalanx Mountain, skiing out towards Blackcomb Glacier Road. (Round trip around Phalanx Mountain with skiing on Spearhead Glacier).

Required Ski and Mountaineering Skill Level

You need to be fit to ascend and ski about 1,500 meters (elevation gain / day).

Leaving North Vancouver Victoria Park at 5:45 a.m.

St Davids church 6:00 a.m. 

ETA Whistler PL 6

7:30 a.m.

Return to North Vancouver

ETA 8 pm
