Saturday sport climbing at Chek. For now the weather forecast looks promising, but we'll keep an eye on that as the week goes on.

We can choose which crag to head to on the day based on everyone's preferences.  Wherever we choose will have a selection of routes in the 5.8 to 5.10 range. Some options include Conroy's Castle, The Crest, Foundation Wall and Whiskey Jack, but other suggestions are welcome too.

All participants should know how to lead climb/belay and build/clean anchors. Bring your rope if you have one, quickdraws, anchor material, and personal gear. Bring lunch, water, some warm layers, and a flashlight or headlamp just in case.

We will meet at St David's Church for carpooling at 8:30. You could also meet us at the parking area about 9:45. I can also offer a pickup from Patterson Skytrain Station if anyone needs.
