This trip (and future series) is dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals who are physically limited due to injuries, illnesses or other factors. Perhaps you just want to join us for a slower pace and/or just watn a socially focused trip...we would love to have you all join us for a fun day in nature.
Respecting participants will have physical limitations that vary from one person and one trip to the next, the tempo will be set based on the slowest person and also consider groups abilities. This approach fosters an atmosphere of camaraderie and empathy, allowing members to enjoy the beautiful outdoors without feeling rushed or left behind.
About me....some of you may know me from years past - mountaineering, hiking, sking and climbing. Unfortunately these last couple of years seems I have been recovering from illness or injury of some sort (and still am!). During this time, I have missed the outdoor community and meeting new folks for adventures.
I am starting this hiking series to reconnect and get out for some "recovery" suitable hikes, and invite you to come along! Note, you don't have to been in a recovery or rehab mode, but you will need to respect the intent and therefore the people, pace and places.
Hope to see you soon!

Feedback for future trips is welcome: if these are trips you would be interested in participating in but the day of the week or time is preventing you, please send me an email/text and let me know what days work for and I'll be happy to consider for future trips (my schedule is pretty flexible).
