Frenchman's Coulee is a rock climbing area just outside of Vantage, Washington (USA). It is mostly single pitch sport, with some trad climbing options. Travel distance is about 5 hours away, making it a comparable commitment to Skaha. But, given it's location, you are unlikely to be competing for the popular routes with like minded Calgarians on the stat holiday! Like Skaha, Frenchman's Coulee offers a broad range of grades (in fact, I suspect it has much more 5.1s and 5.2s than Skaha). It also offers some mind blowing scenery.
I am happy to take the newer climber, though I will actively screen for participants who are willing and able to lead, just to balance things out. Previous experience in climbing and belaying is a must.
Come on down!
My current offering is to leave Friday afternoon (12PM), and return late Monday night. My preference is to camp at the Rocky Coulee Rec Site, which is first come first serve. There is camping at the Feathers Crag, but it's a bit rough and raw for me. All of this is up for discussion within the forum.
Equipment and transport will be discussed in the forum.

Or look it up on Mountain Project, which is very thorough.
