Hike and skin up the Helm Creek trail to Helm Peak and/or Corrie or Corrie NE if conditions and time allows.

Map. It's about 10km and 1400m elevation gain to Helm Peak. I expect there will be insufficient snow for skiing for the first 3km or so of trail. Days are short, but this trip is not, so be sure to bring a headlamp.

This is not a common ski area because the road to the trailhead (Cheakamus East FSR) is not plowed, but I think that won't be a problem with the current conditions.
