Torrent peak is the highpoint of the divide between Rutherford and Torrent creeks. There is a glacier on the south side of the summit. Access is via logging roads that run along Rutherford Creek.

There are few recent trip reports on FB and condition may changed a bit as there will be some new snow so prepare for winter condition (warm down jacket, thick gloves, gaiters)

Overall elevation gain is about 1500m and round trip 14km. Medium/Fast pace with some scrambles.

Mandatory gears: Gaiters, helmet, headlamp
