We will hike the Flint & Feather trail to the top of Grouse Lodge. Plan is to download on the gondola (tickets $20).  Option to hike down only IF you have a second person to hike down with you.

Carrying the 10 essentials is mandatory for all participants. You absolutely will need a headlamp and spare batteries.

Bring: first aid kit, headlamp and spare batteries, warm layers. Trip will run rain or shine.  

Pace will be moderate: expect the hike up to take around 1-1.5 hrs hours not including download from the lodge.  Flint & Feather is a steep, rugged uphill trail with a scrambling portion.  It is less maintained than the BCMC for reference.  

We can arrange carpooling in the planning forum.  I plan to leave New Westminster at 5:15pm which should have us starting the trail at 6pm.
