This Volunteer Appreciation Event is open to all volunteers who have contributed to the Club in organizing trips, courses, events, and providing much needed help with building/repairing cabins and trails, to make the BCMC a successful club.

Please come and enjoy an evening of food and community.

We will be providing sandwiches, salads, and fruits. Bring your own drinks and utensils. You are welcome to bring your own BBQ stove and cook your own food as well.

Where: John Hendry Park (Trout Lake), by Lakewood Avenue and East 19th Avenue entrance, (see website front page for location, marked ‘X’)

When: Tuesday, July 25th, 2023; 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

RSVP: RSVP by July 17th; also pleases indicate if you have any dietary restrictions!

You are welcome to bring games, stories, blankets, chairs, or anything else that will provide you with a comfortable experience when mingling with fellow BCMC volunteers
