July 16: 10 -1/2 km Hike to Elfin , 700 meters gain, pitch the tent . Bag  one, a few peaks or all  of them  : gargoyles(+5km, 400meters gain), culumnar, diamond head (+10 km800 meters gain ).

There are steep, possibly slippery sections passed Elfin lakes, there may be still snow in some areas. 

July 17 Hike to Rampart Campground: 8km. Explore the area. 

July 18 Hike back to the car :18km.

Bring 10 essentials and bug spray and bug net, bear spray. May be spikes; will update in the trip forum .

You have to reserve a spot for the camgrounds through BC parks. There is a hut at Elfin lake, no hut at Rampart camground
