We will be working on the trail to the Watersprite Lake Hut and to Demon Ridge.  This is a BC Trails Day event. Most of the work will involve cutting back alder along the trail using chainsaws, brush cutters and loppers.  There will be lots of opportunities to get your hands on the tools or practice your alder toss.  We will meet at St. Davids Church in West Vancouver, just off Taylor Way at 7:00 am and carpool from there to the trailhead.  AWD vehicles are recommended for the last few km of the road.  Bring whatever tools you might have and work gloves and be prepared to spend the day on the trail with your lunch, rain gear, and bug spray.  We will leave for home around three.  You can sign up on the BCMC website if you are a member, or send a message to bsheffield50@gmail.com
