Trip Description

Fitness training is back! We will hike up the Larsen Trail to Grouse lodge, around the bear den and then back to download on the gondola. For those new to hiking up Grouse this is a fast paced trip (moderate pace for regulars).  You should be able to complete the grouse grind in about an hour to match the pace of this trip.  Open to running 2 groups, one at a slower pace, if there’s a volunteer to sweep for second group.  Headlamps will be required. 
Start time 4.45pm to 5pm to be decided by the group. 
for those that don’t know this area, the Larsen trail is a steep rugged uphill trail. 
Carrying the 10 essentials is mandatory for this trip.
