Gin peak is NW of whistler that is overshadowed by Rainbow Peak but gives incredible views of the surrounding mountains on a clear day.

10.5km  / 970m Elevation Gain /  Time: ~5-6hours roundtrip 

Will be starting at Whistler Olympic Park at 8:30am (paid parking). 

As this snowshoe hike goes through avalanche terrain the 10 essentials, AST-1, and having a probe, beacon, shovel, and snowshoes are required to join this trip. Looking to hike this at a moderate-fast pace to beat the crowds to the top. My dog will be hiking with us (she’s friendly)
