Frosty Mountain is a 2,426-metre mountain summit located in the Canadian Cascades of southwestern British Columbia, Canada. It is a popular summer route and most people only ever summit the "tourist route".  Proposed trip goes across lightning lakes and approaches the true summit.

This is a great winter route (so I hear) and pending good weather, good snow conditions, and good road conditions this could be a long productive day in the mountains!

I will not be able to drive my car this weekend but can arrange to split the cost of transportation.  Plan would be to carpool from Lower mainland if possible and drive to lightning lakes for a 7/7:30am start
