Pace will be conversational, with a couple snack breaks. It is around 20km there and back. Objective is more exercise-based than powder-seeking, group discussions throughout the day to decide on any changes to the plan based on conditions, fitness, weather, and stoke or a lack thereof.
Beginner skiers and splitboarders are welcome to join, please bring appropriate clothing for changing and potentially nasty weather, lunch, snacks and water or tea, your 10 essentials, and beacon, probe, and shovel.
Carpooling options from Van or Squamish can be discussed in the forum
Please note that chains are required by BC parks to access the upper parking lot
