Meet 9.30am Wednesday (note date change from original posting) morning at base of Grouse for a fun mini mountaineering trip up Flint + Feather trail (conditions dependent).  This trail is mostly a steep hike but has two sections of bluffs that will be ice and snow covered, so required gear will be: ice axe, spikes or crampons, avalanche gear (top of this trail is considered "complex" terrain by avcan), helmet, 10 essentials.  This will be a moderately fast paced trip, expect to complete this trail in approx. 1.30 to 1.45hrs.  Options to download on gondola or hike down.

Trip will run rain or shine but objective will be changed if avalanche conditions not favorable.  Back up plan will be to ascend Larson trail.
