Cancelled to merge with Girlz Gone Wild In The Duffey Trip

This trip is only open to BCMC Mentorship Program participants. Preference will be given to mentees of the organizer (mentor). The organizer can open this trip to other mentees/mentors if needed.

Trip details: Get out for a day of moderate open laps or tree skiing in the Duffey area. Exactly where we go will be decided closer to the date depending on conditions. Hopefully we have a clear day and can use the more challenging terrain above the basin as a discussion point. "If our goal for the day was to summit XYZ peak what might we be watching for given the conditions, route planning etc."

Gear: Backcountry ski or splitboard setup. Beacon, probe, and shovel. Food and clothing for an active day. 10 essentials.
