This trip is not suitable for newbies, early season conditions, and you can ski any type of terrain. You have been to this area before, able to lead a safety meeting, and are flexible with terrain choice. 4X4 type vehicle with chains will be required for you to get up this road.  Preference to those who have AST2 or a minimum of 4-5 years of backcountry skiing and/or if you want to lead BCMC trips in the future.
