Hallowe’en Ramen Fest

Snowshoe Ramen Fest on top of Round Mountain

We will drive to Diamond Head upper parking (~970m) and then hike/snowshoe to Round Mountain ~1600m, ~14km return.

Our lunch camp will be set up in the snow, cooking up ramen noodle soups, and tossing in ramen fixings- yum!

Moderate pace.

Gear required: 

Your own 10 Essentials.

Snowshoes.

Avy gear.

Extra warm clothing for the lunch camp.

Enough stoves for everyone! 

Your favourite ramen and fixings.

And, of course, your preferred spoons, forks, chopsticks, bowls and cups.

Organizer will bring GPS watch with tracks; Radios; inReach/Personal Locator Beacon; Basic First aid kit; chocolate/candy/snacks grab-bag to share.

We have room for total 5 in our vehicle to carpool from West Van.

So we will need someone to drive their own vehicle and take passengers as well.
